Meat Pulao ek flavorful aur aromatic rice dish hoti hai jo beef ya mutton ke sath banai jati hai. Isay banane ke liye gosht ko sabse pehle pyaz, adrak-lehsan, garam masala aur namak ke sath slow cook kiya jata hai taa ke yakhni (broth) taiyar ho jaye. Phir chawal ko is yakhni mein add karke medium flame par dum diya jata hai. Isme whole spices — jaise long, kali mirch, tez patta aur elaichi — iska flavour aur bhi strong aur khushbo daar banate hain. Meat Pulao ka har bite soft gosht, perfectly cooked chawal aur deep masalon ka mazeda combination hota hai. Ye family dinners aur dawaton ka favourite dish hai.
